1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MNDA Now, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Terms of Use.
Effective June 1, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of MNDA Now, an online mutual non-disclosure agreement workflow operated by Hunter Data LLC.
These terms are intended as production-ready business terms, but they should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch.
2. Service Provider
MNDA Now is operated by Hunter Data LLC. The service provides online document workflow tools for creating, sending, electronically signing, storing, and downloading mutual non-disclosure agreements and related audit records.
3. No Legal Advice
MNDA Now provides document automation and workflow tools only. Hunter Data LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal opinions, or a guarantee that any generated agreement is suitable for your particular transaction. You are responsible for deciding whether an MNDA is appropriate for your use case.
4. Attorney Review
You should consult a qualified attorney before relying on any agreement, especially for high-value transactions, regulated industries, employment matters, employment or contractor relationships, cross-border disclosures, unusual confidentiality needs, or circumstances requiring custom terms.
5. User Information and Authority
You are responsible for the accuracy of party names, company names, legal addresses, email addresses, jurisdiction choices, confidentiality terms, covered information descriptions, and other information entered into the workflow. You are responsible for ensuring that each signer has authority to sign for themselves or for the organization they identify.
6. Electronic Signatures and Consent
By using MNDA Now to review or sign an agreement, you consent to conduct the transaction electronically. You agree that typed signatures, drawn signatures, checkbox consents, timestamps, IP addresses, user-agent records, signing links, email records, and related audit events may be used to evidence review, consent, signature, and acceptance of an agreement.
7. Signing Links
Signing links are intended for the named recipient only. Do not forward signing links unless you are authorized to do so. Hunter Data LLC may invalidate, replace, or disable signing links to protect the integrity of the signing process or the security of the service.
8. Payments, Plans, and Archive Access
Single pay-now MNDAs are saved by Hunter Data LLC and delivered by email, but do not include customer account archive access unless otherwise stated. Account plans may include archive access, document history, signer status, and download links according to the selected plan. Prices, plan features, and billing practices may change with notice where required by law.
9. Document Storage and Delivery
MNDA Now may store generated agreements, signed PDFs, audit certificates, party information, signing events, and related records to operate the service, provide downloads, support users, maintain an internal service archive, and comply with business, legal, security, or operational requirements. Email delivery and permanent links may depend on third-party service availability.
10. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify Hunter Data LLC promptly if you believe your account, email, signing link, or document access has been compromised.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use MNDA Now to upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; bypass security controls; misuse signing links; or use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, or other improper activity.
12. Third-Party Services
MNDA Now may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, storage, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, support, and other operational services. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and technical limitations.
13. Availability and Changes
MNDA Now may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Hunter Data LLC does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every jurisdiction or for every intended use.
14. Disclaimers
The service and generated materials are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Hunter Data LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunter Data LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or legal outcomes arising from use of the service. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the prior twelve months.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hunter Data LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, information you provide, agreements you create or sign, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another party's rights.
17. Privacy
Hunter Data LLC handles service data to operate MNDA Now, deliver documents, maintain records, support users, secure the service, and improve the product. A separate privacy policy may provide additional detail when published.
18. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Hunter Data LLC is organized or principally operates, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless a different rule is required by applicable law.
19. Updates to Terms
Hunter Data LLC may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of MNDA Now after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
